-       Kinjia Munkara-Murray, Birrarung Council, about how the iconic Birrarung (AKA Yarra River) in its Journey from Recognition to Action has a voice which has resulted in it having a legal status

-       Clair Romaszko, Planning and Land Services, Victoria, about recent reforms to strengthen protections for Victoria's waterways; and initiatives that support recognition of Birrarung (Yarra River) as a living entity in all planning policy and practice.
